Thomas Brown is a 23-year-old music industry professional based in Austin, Texas. He specializes in artist marketing, event campaigns, and talent development. With seven internships completed during college, including roles with the Recording Academy, Digital Umbrella, Rich the Kid, Afterdark Entertainment, and more, he has built hands-on experience across key areas of the industry. At Afterdark TX, Thomas has helped execute campaigns for Diplo, Acraze, Flosstradamus, Justice, Gryffin, and festivals like ILLFest and Breakaway. He also contributes as a photographer, capturing live moments for Anderson .Paak, Loud Luxury, Mike Posner, and others. Thomas currently manages rising EDM artist Jensen Truly and runs Sideways Management, a development-focused initiative dedicated to helping new talent grow with purpose and strategy.
